We're a rock band that, like the delicious dish that is our namesake, hails 
from the Midwest. Well…what’s that sound like? Just take a listen!
Some would call it psychedelic funk-rock. Others might say Contemporary Hungarian Folk Rock. Those people would be wrong. Focused songwriting and solid musicianship is the bedrock of our sound, along with exploratory live improvisation.

We're currently writing and recording material for an EP, due out in the fall. The album is being engineered by Matt Koehne, who has done great work with Jay's Boatcar and is the head engineer at IPR. Check out the scratch tracks we've already got up in the widget to the left. We've got a few gigs coming up in September at The Eagle's Club and Kathy's Pub in Rochester as well, so we hope to see y'al there! Stay tuned for more details!!
